Delivery

Standard delivery time is 5 working days. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales set out on our Website; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales where they did not occur due to our fault or negligence. For the avoidance of doubt, time is not of the essence.

You agree not to hold the seller liable for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these Terms and Conditions of Sale if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellation of Order

Cancelling your order can be done by contacting the customer service on the official site. An order can be cancelled before shipment and the shipping charges will not be applicable. However, once ordered items have been shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and shipping charges will be applicable.

Product Returns

In proven case of damaged or wrong delivery, we can provide appropriate resolution of replacement or refund on case to case basis.
